JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and coachable Account Representative to join our dynamic team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acting as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
  • Ensuring that all contracts and necessary paperwork are signed.
  • Preparing invoices and submitting them to clients (as needed).
  • Maintaining an accurate record of client payments (as needed).
  • Improving sales by attracting new clients through cold-calling, emailing, and following company-generated leads.
  • Introducing new company products and services to existing clients.
  • Professionally resolving client complaints and reporting them to management as required.
  • Developing and maintaining solid client relationships by regularly following up on clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • English speaking with an excellent accent
  • Technically proficient with basic data collection and entry
  • Available to take inbound calls and scheduled appointments
  • Skilled in GHL and call center software (has used them before)
  • Experience in sales or appointment-setting roles
  • Experience in customer service or success roles (client-facing on calls)
  • Available during Australia business hours, and after-hours (evenings will be prime time for this).
  • Coachable and receives feedback well.
