JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and coachable Account Representative to join our dynamic team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acting as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
- Ensuring that all contracts and necessary paperwork are signed.
- Preparing invoices and submitting them to clients (as needed).
- Maintaining an accurate record of client payments (as needed).
- Improving sales by attracting new clients through cold-calling, emailing, and following company-generated leads.
- Introducing new company products and services to existing clients.
- Professionally resolving client complaints and reporting them to management as required.
- Developing and maintaining solid client relationships by regularly following up on clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- English speaking with an excellent accent
- Technically proficient with basic data collection and entry
- Available to take inbound calls and scheduled appointments
- Skilled in GHL and call center software (has used them before)
- Experience in sales or appointment-setting roles
- Experience in customer service or success roles (client-facing on calls)
- Available during Australia business hours, and after-hours (evenings will be prime time for this).
- Coachable and receives feedback well.
