JOB OVERVIEW


We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing expert support for Dynamics 365 F&O applications, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction. Your role will involve troubleshooting, guiding users, and collaborating on system enhancements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Technical Support: Provide first-line support for Dynamics 365 F&O, addressing user inquiries and issues through various channels (email, phone, ticketing system).
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to finance, supply chain, and operations modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
  • User Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user proficiency in using Dynamics 365 F&O. Create and maintain detailed documentation of support procedures.
  • System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance and user activity, conducting regular maintenance tasks, including updates and patches, to ensure optimal operation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure alignment between technology and business needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from users to identify areas for improvement, contributing to system enhancements and best practices.
  • Project Support: Assist in implementing new features, modules, and integrations related to Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Data Migration and System Configuration: Assist in Data Migration and system configuration

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of finance, supply chain, and operations business processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification, specifically in Finance and Operations.
  • Experience with Azure, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
