JOB OVERVIEW

A website developer is responsible for creating, building, and maintaining websites. They ensure that websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, functional, and efficient. This role requires both technical and creative skills to implement a client’s or company’s online presence effectively.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing and creating professional-looking websites based on standards and client requirements.
  
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
  
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
• Maintaining website appearance, performance and capacity.
• Converting UI/UX design wireframes into website code.
• Managing data exchange between users and servers.
• Collaborating with designers and manual testers to ensure project success.
• Working on both the client side and server side of web applications.
• Staying abreast of web technology trends and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years' experience working on websites and HTML development.
• 2+ years' experience with Digital Marketing / SEO / SEM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Coding.
• Experience with Netlify, Sanity, Gatsby, and Headless CMS.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of website development.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Experience in digital spending and digital ads management.
  
• Competency in other programs such as: WordPress, Google Suite, Meta Suite, and MS Office
  Suite.
