Job Overview

The HR Delivery Manager plays a role in ensuring the smooth execution of HR operations across multiple client accounts within the offshoring industry. This role is responsible for managing and mentoring a team of HR Generalists, HR Business Partners, and HR Specialists, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with business needs and client expectations.

The HR Delivery Manager will oversee the implementation of scalable HR processes, ensure policy compliance, drive employee engagement, and support business continuity through proactive HR solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and has a proven track record of managing diverse HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and offboarding.
  • Act as a key partner to operations and account managers, ensuring HR services align with business and client expectations.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), taking action to address gaps and improve delivery.
  • Ensure HR practices and documentation are compliant with local labour laws and internal policies.
  • Lead the development and rollout of employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
  • Continuously assess and improve HR processes for scalability, efficiency, and quality.
  • Provide coaching and development for HR team members, promoting collaboration and capability building.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive HR issues, ensuring swift and professional resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience preferably in the offshoring or BPO industry.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional HR teams.
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws and HR compliance practices.
  • Skilled in building HR strategies that support operational goals in a fast-paced, client-centric setting.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS tools, data analysis, and reporting systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ISO standards or quality assurance frameworks is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with shared services or multi-client HR operations.
  • Change management or process improvement background is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
