Location: Makati | Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite a week

We’re looking for a Digital Business Analyst who thrives in agile, cross-functional teams and loves solving complex problems. If you're naturally curious, proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about turning ideas into beautifully crafted digital experiences—read on.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with developers, testers, product owners, and SMEs to define and deliver features that matter.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Bring a UX mindset—use wireframes, mockups or sketches to visualise ideas and improve usability.
- Champion agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) across the team.
- Raise and resolve dependencies, risks and blockers early.
- Participate in planning sessions and support story estimation.
- Keep the team focused on outcomes and the user at the centre.
- Help us explore how AI can be used across the product lifecycle—you're hands-on with AI tools and excited about their potential.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years’ experience as a Digital or Agile Business Analyst.
- Experience with digital product teams in an agile setting.
- Solid knowledge of user story writing, UX principles, and agile delivery.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfort with data mapping, analysis, and basic Excel-based models.
- Bonus if you know a bit about financial services, web development, HTML/CSS, SEO or Google Analytics.
- You experiment with AI tools (like ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney, etc.) and want to go further with them.
- You’re energised by learning, building, and solving real-world problems.
