ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to assist with administrative and data entry duties while also growing with us through the following ways:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing Outlook mailbox including queries from internal staff
  • Responsible for data entry with timesheets
  • Maintaining timesheet repository on SharePoint
  • Process timesheets into spreadsheet / Eclipse Recruitment CRM (data match, verification, and entry)
  • Liaise with recruitment consultants for timesheet queries
  • Ad hoc administrative support to team members
  • Electronic file handling and management
  • Maintenance/update of the company’s database and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-year experience in a job with most of the time in data matching and entry
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Self-manage with strong communications skills around workload to reporting manager
  • Professional email etiquette with stakeholders
  • Proactive to improve existing workflows and processes
  • Well-rounded in the Microsoft Office environment
  • Self-starter, self-disciplined, honest, and can-do attitude
  • Personal accountability, honesty, and professional ethics
  • Tech Savvy and can self-develop skills on various software platforms
