JOB OVERVIEW

The Graphic Designer’s main aim is to deliver visually engaging and on-brand design materials for the company. You’ll be responsible for the creation and execution of a variety of print and digital assets, in our fast-paced & collaborative team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create professional, visually compelling designs, across a variety of mediums for multiple brands.

• Design and produce everything from logos, digital ads, print collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Understand and adhere to brand guidelines across multiple brands.

• Creating and editing photo and video assets.

• Designing documentation and presentations (PowerPoint & word templates).

• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that effectively communicate the outcome briefed. Ensure work meets all requirements to reduce revisions and delays to deadlines.

• Contribute to varied projects directed by the marketing team.

• Adapt to changes and pivot in a fast-paced business environment.

• Bring forward-thinking and innovative design ideas to the team.

• Work autonomously and collaboratively to deliver exceptional results.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh design perspectives into projects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Graphic/Digital Design or a similar qualification.

• Proven work experience of 3 years and above in graphic design.

• Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Proficient in the Office 365 Suite, including Microsoft PowerPoint & Word

• Exceptional design/visual skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.

• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.

• A high level of organization and excellent attention to detail is a must.

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in meeting KPIs and goals.
